Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone using digitalope.com or a Digitalope client dashboard ("the Service"), operated by Digitalope, based in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. We work with clients internationally, so these terms apply the same way regardless of which country you're using the Service from. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. What we offer
Digitalope provides three core services, purchased individually: Website Creation, SEO & Analytics, and Management & Performance. Each service comes with a set number of support calls, access to the relevant tools in your dashboard, and ongoing work as agreed on a per-project basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed with you directly, typically on a call before work begins.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use the dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Payment
- Services are purchased individually; access, once granted, does not expire on its own.
- Each service purchase includes a set number of support calls. If you run out, you can request more directly from your dashboard, and we'll add them once agreed.
- Pricing is as communicated to you at the time of purchase, in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise. We'll always tell you the cost before charging anything; if you're paying from another country, your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees, which aren't controlled by us.
- Refunds are handled case by case — reach out if something isn't working out and we'll figure out something fair.
5. Hosting and domains
For Website Creation, your site runs on your own Cloudflare account, not ours — if you don't already have one, we'll help you create it for free as part of the build. Cloudflare's free tier covers hosting by default, at no extra cost to you. If your site's needs outgrow the free tier, upgrading is an optional paid choice you make directly on your own Cloudflare account, so you stay in full control of it. Domain names are not included — you'll need to purchase your own domain, and we're happy to help you pick one and set it up.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to do anything illegal, to host or distribute malicious content, to abuse or attack our systems, or to infringe someone else's rights. This includes our SEO and competitor-checking tools, which fetch and scan whatever URL you give them — only scan sites you have the right to check (your own site, or a competitor's public pages). We can suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe this is happening.
7. Your content
Anything you upload or enter into your dashboard (project files, messages, website content, etc.) remains yours. We use it only to deliver the Service to you, and won't share it beyond what's needed to do that (e.g. hosting infrastructure).
8. No guarantees of outcomes
We work carefully and in good faith, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes — e.g. a particular search ranking, traffic number, or conversion rate — since much of that depends on factors outside our control (your market, competitors, and how search engines or platforms change over time).
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digitalope isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question over the preceding 12 months.
10. Cancellation
You can stop using the Service at any time. Since services are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions, there's nothing to "cancel" in the recurring-billing sense — access simply stays as-is unless you ask us to close your account.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the update.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law says otherwise.
