Terms of service

1. Who this applies to
These terms apply to anyone using digitalope.com, our free tools, or our services, provided by Digitalope, based in the Czech Republic. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
2. What we offer
Three services, each sold as a one-time project: Website creation, SEO, UI & UX, and Website security. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for your project are agreed in writing before work starts. Prices shown on the site are starting prices in euros (EUR).
3. Payment
- We always confirm the price in writing before charging anything.
- Projects are paid as agreed in your written plan.
- If something isn't working out, talk to us. Refunds are handled case by case and fairly.
4. Ownership
Once a project is paid, the website, its content and the accounts we set up for it belong to you. Content you give us stays yours; we only use it to deliver the work. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
5. Hosting and domains
Websites run on your own Cloudflare account. Cloudflare's free tier covers hosting for most small sites; any paid upgrade is your choice, made directly on your account. Domain names are not included and are bought by you; we help you choose and connect one.
6. Free tools
The Website Grader and SEO Snapshot are provided free, as they are, with a daily limit. Only scan sites you have the right to check, such as your own or public pages. Don't use the tools to overload or attack any site. Results are automated estimates, not a full audit.
7. No guaranteed rankings
We work carefully and in good faith, but nobody can guarantee a specific ranking, traffic number or number of enquiries. Those depend on your market, competitors and how search engines change.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in question over the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top.
10. Governing law
Czech law applies. Disputes go to the Czech courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.
11. Messages you send us
If you contact us through the form or by email, we use what you send only to reply to you and to run the project if you hire us. Sending a message does not create a contract; a project starts only when we both agree on the written plan and price. Please don't send passwords or card numbers through the form or by email.
